Returns

For customer order returns and exchanges, customers are responsible for a 30% restocking fee per item. Items are ineligible for returns after use. Items are ineligible for returns for reasons related to customer preferences. Overstock and Open Box items (those discounted by over 50%, excluding Promo codes) are ineligible for returns. 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Tariffs and Duties

Tariff duties and import-related charges are levied by customs at the border and are outside of our control; therefore, they are non-refundable.
